Here I am!
I have been busy getting back to work, trying to make some progress on projects, and looking at bunnies. We are getting a bunny (or two) this weekend to replace the vacancy in our home since both ratties have died.
Anyway, what's new...
Well, I have ONE workout left of New Rules of Lifting for Women! I am going to finish STRONG tomorrow - with DEADLIFTS. My plan is to DL 150 or 155 lbs. I'm going to record it. In March I started with the 45 lb bar.

As for my waist line, it's not going well. I think my clothes are actually tighter. I tried to follow the eating plans for Drop 2 Sizes by Rachel Cosgrove (which I might try out when I'm done - haven't decided) and I just kept rebelling. I get really sick of chicken/fish and vegetables. Blech. I'd rather eat less hamburger than more bland food.
But I'm a hell of a lot stronger! Last week I squatted 125 lbs. I can't believe what I can do now. I am excited to keep going with my big lifts. Love them love them.
Well, that's all I've got for now. I'll post soon with bunny pictures, a video of my 150 lb deadlift, and maybe some progress pics of my shoulders and biceps - the only change you can see!
PS: I can feel my muscles under my fat, but I can't see them. Wish the fat would disappear. But I'm sick of starving myself.
EDIT: PPS: Halen's teeth are still in his head, and he hasn't complained of pain. He has an appointment on the 28th and he'll get an x-ray, and then we'll see how things are going. I'll let you know!
