I am writing this for the biggest loser challenge. Week 1- Itc denotes us to make a pledge to ourselves.
I am making a pledge to make you a healthier person so you can enjoy an active life. These are the pledges I am vowing so you can reach your goals.
I will exercise 5 times a week for at least one hour.
I will continue to eat clean and monitor my calories so they coincide with my fitness.
I will start training for a 5 k we have at our hospital on thanksgiving day
I will eat only whole grain flours/breads
I will eat 5 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruit daily
