I am continuing to fight through the disappointment. I did realized today that I have only been faithful to tracking and taking the stairs for a little over a week. Hardly enough time to lose the 5 pounds I want to take off NOW. Realistically it will probably take 2 to 3 weeks to start noticing a difference. Reminding myself of this is so hard.
Today was busy at work so I was less hungry. I had a total of approximately 750 calories as of 5PM. About 200 less than yesterday. I have eaten:
8:15 Boiled Egg
9:30 Think Thin Protein Bar
12:00 1/2 cup black beans w/serving of tortilla chips and 1 oz of sheep cheese
Desert, Tea and 12 almonds with a handful of soy chocolate chips
4:00 Chicken veggie soup I made at home and grapes
Let me just get through tonight and accomplish one, just one thing that will help me reach my goal and I will feel as though I have been successful today.
