Rain this morning and I was very wobbly. Waited a while before Jasper and I went out for our walk. Wasn't able to go as far or as fast since I was wobbly. But, hey, I did it. Key is to keep moving. I'm also continuing the wall pushup & calf raise challenge from my group, though I'm doing them every time I enter or exit kitchen. I'm getting about 10 sets of each in a day. I had never thought of doing this. It only takes a couple of minutes each time. I'm going to try adding Spark Coach & try it. We will see how that goes.
