I have a free membership thanks to my new job. I loved the exercise facility. I asked for help and got some advice o how to use their equipment. It was fun and I like being there. I did not feel uncomfortable or like I did not know what I was doing. My plan is to go 3-4 days a week. I work 3 days a week (13 hours each day)
Today I used a recumbent machine, a few machines that targeted my arms, shoulders and legs. They were easy to use and I liked them. I ended the workout by walking around the indoor track.
