ot much going on. I did not have to feed the chickens today Jeff did that. Am thinking about running an ad on freecycle to see about finding homes for all but 7 of the chickens. Have not made up my mind yet. But will in the next few days. Sunday night I am going to corral some of the ducks and dress at least two of them out on Monday. The rest will be given away and 3 will stay here. For how long I don't know. Don't know how long i will keep the chickens either
Will be going in to the Y later this afternoon. Will get a dinner fixed for Jeff and will fix me one when I get home. He is having hamburger heliper and I will have a grilled pork chop, sauted swiss chard and sliced tomato. Don't know if I will fix me a salad or not.
Tomorrow I am going to make a dish that uses cauliflower as a rice. Should be different. Last night I made a cheeseburger pie and Jeff really liked it, so that recipe card I will be keeping. I am keeping cards of only the recipes that we like, the rest I will see if the girls want and if they don't they will go in the trash.
Gotta get busy now or it will time for me to leave and I will not have things done.
God bless

It might not be so bad to get rid of the extra animals you don't want anymore. Saves time for other things. I have so many recipe cards of food I no longer make. Might be time to toss a few since it is only DH and I at home.

Never tried cauliflower as a rice - I use it as mashed potatoes though!
