Guess what?

Thursday, September 12, 2013

...I found out that if you edit a previous blog, you get points! So when I do my Spring Plank edits, I get a point! Yay! Because I think I have too many blogs.
Ooooh not sure if I have a plank in me this morning.

...later. Perhaps I could have expressed that better. You only get three points once a day for a blog. On the days when I have just added to myPlankathon blog, I think I got my 3 blog points even though it is not a new blog.
Guess what? emoticon

I learned something new. It's funny how the points are a motivator. It's interesting how the powers that be change around what you get points for.

Spark Points are a funny motivator, aren't they? I get all excited when I get a trophy for getting to a new level.

emoticon If you post a blog every day, then that's the max. points.
emoticon If you comment on 5 blogs every day, then that's the max. points.

Since joining Sparks I have posted approx. 1,100 blogs and Sparks is still saving them all. emoticon

Am I missing something here? emoticon emoticon

Hmm. I often edit and edit again. Never realized though that you get points for it!

Cool. I think blogs are so useful, and such an amazing tool that they are truly making more of a difference than recording my food. The mind part is so often overlooked with weight loss and the journey to good health. Keep on writing! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Repeating blogs:
I did that once too. But the only reason I repeated a blog was because a person mentioned something about the topic. I felt that I had covered it nicely, once before. It is hard to be inspirational every day. It's like talking to yourself about your latest insight into reality. Sometimes I feel like I am writing a book. I read other peoples and they are more simplistic in their views. Sometimes it isn't important that you say something mind blowing, but that you just touch in. Touch in with yourself, or others.
