Getting Back on Track

I'm getting back on track slowly. I made myself do 65 minutes of Walk it Out last night. Didn't do much before then, but got in 4 miles. I also recorded everything I ate. I have to go see my doc on Monday and I don't think she is going to be happy. My weight was way down and it has crept up a bit. She won't know that because I think it is still down from the last time I saw her.

Oh well, all we can do is keep getting back on the horse. Speaking of which, I plan to get back on the horse tomorrow afternoon :)
