Getting Back on Track

Thursday, September 12, 2013

I'm getting back on track slowly. I made myself do 65 minutes of Walk it Out last night. Didn't do much before then, but got in 4 miles. I also recorded everything I ate. I have to go see my doc on Monday and I don't think she is going to be happy. My weight was way down and it has crept up a bit. She won't know that because I think it is still down from the last time I saw her.

Oh well, all we can do is keep getting back on the horse. Speaking of which, I plan to get back on the horse tomorrow afternoon :)

Here is some food for thought:

I'm a size awesome, too! Nothing like an upcoming doctor's visit to get you thinking about your health . . . been there, done that! I remember one dr visit, he told me I'd better get back exercising. He said me he could tell from my increased heart rate that I hadn't been exercising!
