I'm a doorknob!

BUH! emoticon

Ok, so when Spark made this change so that logged fitness activity would communicate with logged nutrition, I didn't quite understand that it was going to cause me to 'maintain' my current weight when I stayed within the changing calorie range...

That would explain why I haven't made any progress over the last month because it was around 3-4 weeks ago that I made the change... ugh! I'm a doorknob!

So, because I want to actually SEE progress by the end of the month, even if that means not getting to the original goal of 168lbs by October 1, at least I know where I went wrong. From here on out, I will STAY within the 1200-1550 calorie range and continue doing what I am doing for fitness in hopes of seeing that number on the scale change in the next 2-4 weeks in my favor.

As for yesterday's blog, I wanted to share with you the dress I am talking about.

and a close up of the top part which is beautiful.

This dress is a large from Mariposa. I bought it summer 2008 with another dress that I have worn for $52CAD

Ugh, that is so Frustrating! emoticon I feel like they need to word that part better before people change their nutrition tracker to log with the fitness tracker. It SOUNDS like a great idea - until you realize what it is actually doing (maintaining the weight by upping your calorie range based on your exercise).

However, it looks like you have a GREAT motivation with that dress! You'll be a stunner in it for that Christmas party for sure! emoticon
