"RESULTS START WHEN YOU START & REMAIN CONSISTENT"....
Time for some REAL TALK!!
I was thinking yesterday, I met with a personal trainer to discuss my goals. Just as a jump start, she asked me "What has stopped you from losing this weight & how many times have to tried to lose weight in the past 5 years?" Well when I thought about it, I was just like "Ummmmm.. probably over 8 times, heck really maybe more than that too many times to count honestly".. I realize my problem has been that I START but NEVER remain consistent!!!
I mean we all say "Monday is the day" or "Next week I'll begin" or "Just 1 last weekend"... I realize that I've used those excuses 1 too many times that Now I'm "240 pounds of just I'll Start on Monday" "240 pounds of just 1 more Weekend"... I realize that Now is My time!!! I can't keep pushing off my health for 1 more Monday or 1 more weekend. So, I must stay determined to finish this race.
The trainer told me it will take me about 12 to 14 months to lose this weight, that's crazy but that's the real reality. So, that means I have a long road ahead of me but I will stay CONSISTENT.
