The nice part about getting back on track is dropping a few pounds quickly...it helps me stay motivated to keep going. I need the reward of seeing progress during my first few shaky days of eating under control and walking.

So that means next week will be a lot slower but I will still be making progress.one day a time..

    I am happy for you, Miss Jan. When I get off track, I often remind myself "at least you know where the track IS - you don't have to waste time figuring out how to get there, so just go and get back on!" I am happy you are seeing rewards for your work. Love ya, doll!
