I am happy with my progress so far. In just 13 days I've lost 11 pounds. I feel my body having changed a lot.
My clothes fit me better and since we're in winter, I'm really going to enjoy wearing my favorite clothes. Before I started, I was worried I would have to buy new ones because nothing seemed to fit.
I am really busy with school and I'm really enjoying studying my new courses. I catch myself having to remind me to eat sometimes. And that is great. I'm no longer a slave to food.
I don't have much time to be on SP any more, but I still track my food and weight every day.
I find it difficult for now to exercise, but soon I hope, I'll be able to plan my study time better and exercise every day.
