Back to basics... feeling overwhelmed.

Good Thursday Morning...
I have often have thoughts about how I would like to keep a current blog, you know make entries every day, be this awesome blogger that everyone wants to read... but YEAH NO... I just don't have time for that lol ... so I just need to get over THAT dream!
This week has been a pretty good Spark living kind of week for me. For the most part I am going back to basics, weighing my foods, loggin in my foods, drinking a ton of water, and getting to the gym more often than not.
Yesterday though I made my lunch and it was just NOT doing it for me so I shoved it aside and then I got way too hungry and made some bad choices.
It happens... Im ok... Today is a NEW DAY!
I need to gather some other options for lunches so that I have some in the freezer at work for those days that what I bring is not "doing" it for me ya know?
I need a Cooking Day at home.
I have SO many things I need to do I kind of feel overwhelmed. My thoughts are to make a list and then schedule in the things I need to do. BUT even THAT is feeling overwhelming.
I gained almost 10 lbs this summer sitting on my porch drinking alcoholic beverages and indulging in delicious not so healthy foods. I thought that was only supposed to happen at Christmas? EEEK!
Anyhow, today is Thursday and the day I get off early at work so... my plan is to eat within my allowed calories, get to the gym, BBQ some Chicken breast for Caesar Salad for dinner, take my youngest to Piano and maybe go swimming with her tonight if she feels like it. (one of those things I need to do... spend more quality time with her)
