Day 166 - Women's Clothing Catalogues

Every now and then I browse through multiple women's clothing catelogues online. This is a great motivation for me to keep going. There are many cute outfits that I would love to wear and once I am at my goal weight, I know that I will look just as good as those models! Thin!!!
I am hoping by next summer, I will be wearing some of those clothes. That is, if I can reach my goal by then. I have about 55 more pounds to lose. I think it is doable. I may have to step up my game plan and start incorporating upper body strength training as well as other fitness exercises besides just running.
I plan on joining the gym once it really gets too cold to jog outdoors. Then I can join all those fitness classes such as Zumba, step aerobics, yoga, Pilates, etc...
It's a lot of hard work! But I am having fun with my new lifestyle. Each pound I lose is exciting. Plateaus are challenging with my "game on" face to break the plateau and come out winning! I am currently in a plateau but I feel any day now, I will break it and start losing those pounds. I am so ready to be in the 170s category!
