Haven't been exercising in the morning this week, until today.
Just did my kettlebells before work, so, hurrah for that!
Tomorrow I'll get out for a walk or bike ride before work. Mornings are the only time I'm sure of, so best to take advantage of 'em. I felt I noticed a difference last week in my mood, too.
Regular exercise me is a happier, less stressed me.
