Today's challenge is to go to bed 30-60 minutes early. I'm exhausted so I'll be looking forward to this challenge!
Today I'm going to participate in a virtual 5k.
PS Woo Hoo! I got it in! Walking not running. However, I did manage to squeeze in 10 flights of stairs while I was at the track. I'm feeling much stronger!
