Today's challenge is to go to bed 30-60 minutes early. I'm exhausted so I'll be looking forward to this challenge!

Today I'm going to participate in a virtual 5k. emoticon

PS Woo Hoo! I got it in! Walking not running. However, I did manage to squeeze in 10 flights of stairs while I was at the track. I'm feeling much stronger!

    How I wish I could do that! If I try to make myself go to bed my eyes pop wide open! Doesn't help that we had a flooded basement so now have these crazy, noisy fans that go 24/7! Good luck with this latest challenge! I admire you trying to test out all these changes! emoticon
