my pain is pretty minor. Right now i don't even feel it. But whenever i have a run/walk of some kind it is there mild or not. I could keep running because it is minor. But i'm not one for injuries. i'm going to get it checked out next week from the doctor but no matter what he says i've decided to not do any run/walking till next february or march. Give myself some more months to lose some weight. even if i can lose just 20 more pounds by then it would bring me down to 200 about and i think that would definitely be beneficial.
i have my walking on incline intervals on the treadmill to burn calories (as long as the incline intervals are okay to do), 30 day shred and swim class twice a week too.
Diet after all is most important anyways.
weight is the same this week. Still 223.0 . :)
