Being grateful.

Thursday, September 12, 2013

It was a long day, but there was some good news from my Sports Med. doc. He was very pleased with my progress. He said my shoulder is improved by at least 60% and that I need to continue working the arm laterally to improve the movement of the joint to increase my range of motion.

Deep Water Fitness class was interesting. I did not get the workout I wanted, but ended up getting something I needed because was able to be of service tonight by helping a woman through a very difficult issue and overcome some fears she was having.

After that, I had the opportunity to go to the dedication of the Kitsap 9-11 Memorial at Evergreen Rotary Park. It was a very lovely, very moving ceremony. I am glad I had that opportunity.
