I think I have been at this weight for two weeks now. It seems no amount of jogging mega miles and keeping nearly within my calorie ranges are not doing the trick with consistent weight loss. So, I must be in a plateau.
However, I can tell my body shape is changing!
My legs are becoming more muscular and my butt got skinnier! My size 16 jeans are fitting loosely and size 14 is just a tad too tight.
I am hoping that I will start losing weight very soon again. Uncle TOM / Aunt Flow decided to visit and have been quite annoying today. At least I did not gain any weight!
I only managed jogging two miles with some walking in between. I just was not feeling up to it with rubbery legs and that overall feeling of bloatiness.
The weather will be much cooler starting tomorrow and hopefully I will be back in the game and feeling strong. I am hoping to cover at leat 5 miles of mostly jogging. We shall see.....
