For me at least... I've been looking forward for today for a loooong time (boss went out of town)... I'm not even at work 5 minutes... When I notice that there's an infestation of ants... They are everywhere... Then I notice my workstation is a disaster (not from me for once), I forgot my Adderall so i couldn't focus, but even if I did... I wouldn't have helped..
SEVERE family drama came out of NOWHERE, including revelations, betrayals, and even the law/police are involved now.. A LOT more happened, but I don't want to rant (...any more than I already have)... Now to take my frustrations on my treadmill and weights... I guess something positive can come from this emoticon

It sounds like an awfully rough day :( Hopefully, the treadmill was a good way to get those frustrations out, and that things are better today.

I'm glad that you are able to turn to exercise and that helps. I really think it's an epidemic - the planets are out of line or something. Everybody whose blog I read this morning has been extremely stressed. I'm trying to work through mine by exercising, journaling and making sure I write down at least 3 things a day that I am thankful for.

Agree several deep breaths and letting it out in cardio is the right plan. Always important to know what we can control and when stuff like this happens put your energy to what you personally have control over and the ability to wisely invest your energy into. emoticon
