I knew I had two walk thrus at two Seattle hotels today, so my plan was to go through the Drive thru at Taco Time in Issaquah on the way back to the office today. However, on the way from one property to another, one of the subs and I spotted a really cool food truck. It looked like a charcoal grey pig.
So on the way back to our cars, we stopped there. I asked if they could do a pulled pork salad. Omgosh it was a amazing! The put the pulled pork on top of a spicy coleslaw. And tracking the calories, it was amazing how low in calories it was. And so filling! Woo hoo...it wasn't exactly in keeping with the foods I can eat on Omni...but it really wasn't too bad. And what a treat! And so much better than a plan taco salad with chicken, lettuce and salsa.
Who says food trucks have to trash your healthy living!
