I read this and found it to be like the old saying, "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." So I say be the best physicians assistant that you can be for your temple/body that you can. I believe God is my physician & everything that I need in life. So by pass some of the treats try to walk a little every day & when you can make it a 30mins cardio fest.
Invest in yourself who knows how many more days we add to our lives? In case, we are prematurely taken in the primes of our lives at least we know in our hearts of hearts that we gave it the good ole girl/boy try. Laugh a little it helps....
Today, I am going to do (2) 10min video workouts on my breaks. I did walk for 20mins already & see if my grandson will allow granny to get up on that old dreadmill. I did have a banana, an instant cheese toast, some cranraisins & some almond slivers will be later with my baked chicken & broccoli. Going to enjoy the journey cause I've had all the treats! LMBO
