For over a week or so I have been watching my food intake, walking more, drinking a lot more water and while the scale was moving I expected to see bigger weight loss numbers. Its ok... everyone hits a wall... so far 34 pound weight loss.
This morning I finally broke the 260 and coming in at ....
.. even my feet look slimmer... LOL
Will say that I had a few days that I was not feeling well. My body getting use to the new eating habits, and so forth. I think it was trying to reject it... test me.. see if I would cave and go grab a twinkie or something. lol....
No... when you hit a brick wall... just pull out the sledge hammer and knock it down... or better yet.. jump over it! ;)
