"Do more exercises, keep a daily Journal of my Journey and to cut back on my carbs"
Above are a list of things I have pledged to do during my BLC Fall Journey....and this is how I want to go about it
1. Do more exercises......currently, and I am ashamed to admit it, my only exercise is walking to and from work. Want I want to do is add some Yoga, Lower and Upper Body workouts.
2. Journal of my Journey - how I feel, what I ate, what exercise I did and any worries that I have.
3. Cut back on carbs - when I reach for the bread, drink a glass of water instead....so far it seems to be working.
