I had my weigh in today and the scale said 329.8
Technically it's still 330, but in my mind, it's 329! I haven't seen 329 or have been in the 320s in four years now! I'm so excited! I haven't been exercising due to personal reasons, but I have been watching what I eat. I have a very long way to go, but my motto is, "One step at a time, One day at a time". And more good news, I've been taken off my acid reflux medicine! There has been the occasional time where I'll feel the acid coming on, and I'll take a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with some water, and in less than 10 minutes, it's gone.
I'm not labeling myself anymore, when it comes to vegan, vegetarian, etc. My plan is to eat mostly vegetarian, but a day or two a week, have only chicken or fish. So far, that's been great. I don't feel deprived of anything. I have a feeling though somewhere in the future, I'll go back to only eating fruits and veggies and plant based proteins, but for now, the foods I've been eating work for my body. I'm learning now not to put labels on myself, just do wonderful things to help my body inside and out.
What about you guys? Have you put labels on yourself, but soon after realised labeling isn't what you thought it was?
