I am so stressed at work right now. I am so not hungry, but I want CHOCOLATE AND CHIPS AND PISTACHIOS, AND A DONUT!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't go get a drink of water since I am on my 10th glass already. I keep drinking water and chewing gum. Definitely not helping!

I am going to take a break and go outside before it starts raining. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

    You just took a HUGE step! Instead of turning to food you turned to blogging! You are doing all the next right things! Hang in there sister. Honor yourself with your healthy choices and congratulate yourself. You are doing a terrific job. Ask yourself "what do I really need right now?" You are going to gain awareness of what is really going on if you hang in there. Each time we have an challenge it is a new opportunity to overcome and grow! This is something to get excited about and when we fall.. We need to dust ourselves off and ask "how can I be more prepared next time" "What can I do different next time" forgive ourselves and keep going! So much is behind our habits and if we are willing we can do things differently, one day at a time... For the rest of our healthier lives!! This isn't easy. but, we don't have to do it alone! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon GREAT JOB!!!! emoticon
