I ran at the Y today, doing my 3 min run/1 min walk intervals of 5.8mph and 3.8mph, going about 5 miles. I felt strong and healthy during my run and it didn't seem difficult. I stretched, showered, and came home and ate. But now I feel really tired. Not sure if it is a recovery issue. Actually, I think it is because I slept rather poorly last night. I'll try to get rested and pay better attention to how I feel after each of next week's runs. I don't run again now until Saturday at 5:30am when it is an 11 mile group outing along the path of the upcoming Lakeland Half Marathon.
Tonight we have our monthly local SparkTeam dinner. I look forward to them so much. It's great to have a special event mid-week. Special thanks to Cyndi for all she does to organize and keep our team going!!
