Life gets in the way.

I have neglected this website for quite some time. I do not know what i have done but i must have been something else. So i am here to try again on the journey of weight loss, stress reduction, mental health and so on.

I have started recording my stressors, in order to understand what these emotions are trying to tell
To work on my avoidance issues.

    Glad you're back and in a better frame of mind. Stressors are killer with me, too. I should do the same thing - list the stressors and how I am feeling about them. See if I can find a pattern.

    Very impressive. Good to have you back with us, the journey is easier when we share it. Discovering the stress points is a major victory, as they don't have power over you when you can identify the enemy and then form strategies to nullify their effects. Hang in there, we're in this together.
