BL Fall Challenge - My Pledge

I, Elaine pledge to do the following for our BL Fall Challenge:

1. Continue to track my food everyday. Everything that enters my mouth will be tracked. This has helped me lose 10+ pounds for the month so I want to keep this up!

2. Get in all my water everyday. This seems to be an easy thing to do and it is for me during the week. But on the weekends.... I tend to forget to drink up the good stuff. I need to remain consistent with this because getting in all your water really does help you in the long run. When I get in all my water I feel so much better. Guzzle, Guzzle, Guzzle!

3. Check in with my teammates. Staying connected during the challenge is a great way to stay motivated. Plus I love cheering others on!

4. Continue to get at least 2 strength training sessions in per week. I love cardio but I have also found that I do love to strength train too. Sometimes it is hard to balance but I found that as long as I get in two sessions of strength per week, I am usually good. If I get in 3 days... well that is just a bonus then! I never have problem getting in my cardio. Sometimes I do too much!

This is my pledge! It seems simple and easily maintainable goals. But that is where I am at right now. I would love to see another 10+ pounds gone this next month. Just have to keep truckin along!
