Midday Moves Weekdays at 12:30pm!

Each weekday at 12:30 p.m., there will be 15 to 20 minutes of planned physical activity held on the Alumni Mall east of the University Center. Activities will range from yoga to line dancing to Frisbee tosses, and will be coordinated by the Memphis Healthy U committee. All activities are free and open to the public as well as the entire campus.
