Recovering Bits of Self

Just arrived home after a long day. Managed to get a full workout in and run a mile in the instruction pool. Legs are tired but feel really strong. Working on getting the rest of me to feel the same.

Things I learned today: 1) walking/running on the track before running in the pool tires your legs out faster; 2) water shoes do not last more than 2 months when you run in pools at the Y; 3) there is no such thing as a supportive leisure bra; 4) running when you are buxom requires a titanium sports bra, and 5) having the garbage scared out of you when you least expect it can lead to mixed fits of tears and laughter in a deep squat position and takes about 5 minutes to recover...

    you are doing well look up the company athleta the make sports bras and tanks especially for runners and they hold you in well and no headlights lol they are a bit pricey but worth it. I also bought a bathing suit top that I can run or bike in and I get no movement.
