Brunch is a small apple, 2 tbs. organic lowfat yogurt, raspberries. 1 egg, garden veggies stir fried, garden basil and tomato.
apple - 25 cents; berries - 10 cents - yogurt - 3 cents egg .13 cents veggies free coffee - free.
Thin Perdue cutlets - 5 in packet - .65 cents a piece
each cutlet is 3 oz.
1 lb. brown rice $1.59. 11 cents a half-cup serving. (pre-cooked 1 cup dry rice that yielded 7 1/2 cup servings.
salad greens, red onions, tomatoes from garden. No dressing. Ate it plain. Lots of arugula and so delicious and crisp.
Today's meals - together - were about $1.40 for brunch and dinner.
