Need to get back on track

I have had a rough 3 days with just eating too much in the evening. I felt so guilty but what's done is done. Today is much better and I am feeling better abt myself. I ate all of the ice cream yesterday and will not buy that again. I thought I could handle it but it was still calling my name from the freezer. Have a healthy version of "un-stuffed" cabbage rolls; lots of cabbage, onions, peppers and tomatoes that I plan to make tomorrow. I am on my way and getting back on track. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon The weather is getting cooler and I am going to walk Maggie more.
