this is totally the theme of my week! in work and in food :)
food-wise, i have totally gotten on the snack train. i have been prepping small heathy snacks to eat through-out the day, and so far (ok, it's only been two days haha) i have not been AT ALL tempted to binge. i have also been focusing on keeping my protein high (i've hit 100 g two days in a row!) so i think that might be helping. my cals have been right on target (1100-1200) which should help keep me on track this week, despite the lack of workout time.
work-wise, i have become a total fan of the super-detailed checklist. i have always used the task tool on my google calendar, but i have just started hand-writing a super-detailed checklist, so that i can break down my workload into bite-sized chunks. this seems to really help! i have been feeling reallllllllly overwhelmed (aka had a total breakdown when my boyfriend was over yesterday haha...), so being able to check things off a list feels good :)
so far i have hit 5/6 on my after-work checklist, so time to finish that up!!
