I had difficulty getting online today. After working with 2 services providers and a lot of song-and-dance, I was informed it was an area-wide outage. It took them 35 minutes of wasting my time for them to tell me that! They had me taking apart my 'hot spot', removing the SIM, etc. When this was followed by an automated survey, I gave them the terrible rating that they earned.
