Thanks for all the support and suggestions and questions.
I DO have a detailed planned for my weight loss challenge but didn't bother putting it up because I didn't want to bore everyone with the details.
For the first 3 weeks I aimed for 1-2 hours of cardio MOST days with a goal of burning at least 500 cals. If it were a busy day, I quickly/intensely worked out and stopped around 500 cals.
My general plan for the next month is :
5-6 days of cardio burning at least 400 calories each day. (Usually I burn 600-1000 )
I am doing strength training 2-3 days a week
And working on flexibility/yoga: 2 times a week
Diet: I am eating between 1400-1800 calories a day depending on activity.
I work 24 hour call one day a week so I have to be lenient with the exact number of days.
And at the end of the year I will be HEALTHIER regardless of how much I weigh. So go me! And the plan will change each month depending on how the previous month went.
Oh and, Hawaii in NOVEMBER so that's incentive! I haven't been since I was 19! :-D
