My spark coach assignment today is to blog about all the excuses that get into the way of my exercising. I think my biggest excuse is my grandchildren. Yesterday and today I wanted to go to the gym but my granddaughter was sick so today I did a video. It was not what I wanted to do but it was better that nothing. Yesterday I was going to exercise when the kids napped but at naptime I was so sleepy( I woke up at 430 am with a migraine) that I napped too!
In the wintertime I have a hard time making myself go to the pool because the pool is chilly. But I have been working out on the weight machines and the recumbent bike so when I feel its too cold that's where I will head now.
My most oft used excuse is Im too tired. I just need to get up and do something even if I don't feel like going to the gym I could go for a walk or do a video. I could go fishing because there is hiking involved in any fishing around here. Im never too tired to go fishing!!
If all else fails there is always cleaning the yard. It always needs to be cleaned up
So no more excuses for me!!
