I met August goals by finally getting under 180.
SO my new goal for September would be to Continue to try to eat healthier, but still enjoying food. Pass my classes! Continue working out 6 days a week ( hopefully) with this new gym I hate, but it's free... No free weights *sob*
So weight goals.
Loose inches derr.
Try to get to low end of 170-173. Or even better get under 170!
I really do hate not having free weights, but alas on a budget So I'll stick with that pesky cable machine
