I've lost about 10 kilos since I joined Spark People but I m still 8 kilos away from my goal weight (56 kg). I've become a bit too obsessed about the weight loss these last weeks, and not focused enough on the health part of that journey. I am still exercising and eating healthy but when the scale is going up I start freaking out which leads to anxiety over eating.
Consequently, I've decided to stay away from the scale until the beginning of october and focus solely on eating healthy and yummy food and exercising properly. I should feel happier about myself then, regardless of the weight loss.
I hope that works and it helps me staying focus on becoming healthy rather than becoming skinny.
