Tuesday WW Weigh In and Summer Results / Year End Goals

So summer is over and I am back to routine. Thank god! Although I wasn't actually tracking much last week, I was much more concious of what I was eating. And yoga started back up last night. I did have a girls weekend which included two take out meals, some snacks, chocolate and lots of beverages. Happy to report I was still down 1.6 for the week.

Looking back over the summer I am very happy that I did not put more weight back on - actually down 2 lbs since June 18th (but up 2.2 since Aug 7). I wasn't very committed, but I was conscious of what I was eating. I know it has been slow going for me, but the key is that it is still going. I haven't given up! I am making lifestyle changes that are sticking! And I am finding it easier and easier!

So now I am recommitting. I will track every day! I will get activity in 5x a week! I would love to hit the 50 lb weightloss before Christmas. That means losing 30 lbs between now and then. I can do it! I need to stay on program to do it.
