I just can't get myself into my exercise routine. I think I must be having issues adjusting to the time change again. I am sleeping later than I did, but going to bed at the same time. Then, of course, work hits and I get stuck at the computer for hours.

By the time I realize it, it is after 1:00 in the afternoon and time for lunch. I need to start moving again. I know I just need to begin with 10 minutes. Maybe just 10 minutes of Walk it Out to get the rainbow which will take more than 10 minutes!
