BLC Chapter 3 Week one

Well I'm back for another Biggest Loser Challenge! In my first challenge I did very well I lost 14 pounds and although I struggled and continue to struggle with getting strength training to be part of my fitness routine I embraced the challenges and was rewarded with a significant weight loss. Challenge two started off strong and then with summer being summer kind of fell apart for me and I did not lose any weight, in fact I managed to gain a small(very small...lol) amount. Needless to say I'm hoping to repeat my BLC1 not BLC2.

My goals are:
1. Walk the dogs everyday/Average 13000 steps per day
2. Lose 1 pound per week
3. Eat with in my calorie range1500-1800
4. Strength train 2-3 times per week (my nemesis)
5. Blog weekly
