Having trouble trying to eat more protein

I am really having trouble trying to get all the required protein in one day. I either end up going over on fats or carbs to get the protein high enough. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can eat that's lower in fat or carbs? I don't like tofu so that's out.

    I have a very similar problem. I have started drinking pure protein 23 shakes. These have the lowest carbs and fat in all the protein shakes I have seen. I drink the vanilla creme and to me, it is very good.

    Try egg whites. I boil a bunch of eggs on Sunday to have throughout the week. I saw a recipe on sparkpeople that is pretty good, I've just modified it.

    I buy low cal wraps. Then I'll add the egg whites from the boiled eggs or somethings the entire egg or 2, add salsa, small amount of avocado, and a small amount of meat (ground turkey, ground chicken, roasted chicken, etc. ).

    It makes a great breakfast sandwich and easy to fix at work. The egg whites are high in protein but low in calories.
