challenging myself to stay focused during this 21 day boot camp. trying to let go of processed foods and loser carbs (white rice, white bread, white potatoes, most cereals). cutting back on my love of flavored creamers in my coffee...switching to unsweetened teas. being very active throughout my day-in the yard, in the house, at the gym. longer stretch routines-I'm in my 50's so it's a must. looking for daily motivation!
