I was under 160lbs for the first time in ages when I stepped on the scale this morning! Not much under, but still, it surprised me since I was feeling down about how little motivation I've had, and actually expected to have gained since last week's weigh in. I'm doing a little better on eating right, now I just need to get motivated to do more moving! I got a ton of housework done over the weekend, and was running up and down stairs a lot, but it wasn't an actual intentional workout. I need to get my energy level up and get moving both on my fitness goals and on getting more accomplished at work. I've had a lot of great ideas on new ways to do things to reach my goals, I'm just horrible on the follow through!
