Putting on weight...

Tuesday, September 10, 2013

I don't know if it's because of my medication change or what, but I've gained about 25 pounds in the last month or so, and I'm really feeling it today.
I vow to get to the gym every day this week
I vow to watch what I'm eating and keep my calories down.
I vow to call my doctor to find out if the medication he started me on is what is causing this weight gain and to ask for a different medication if it is.
I vow to stay away from chocolate, which has been my main down fall lately. My one trigger food.
Thank you for any and all encouragement! It is very much appreciated!!

I'm here for you Julie! Sorry about the weight gain. You lost so much already and don't want to go back to the beginning again! I KNOW you can do it because you already have done it! Think about how far you have come and how much you DON'T want to be there again! I hope you spoke to your doctor already because meds are notorious for putting on the weight! I agree with Steph, 25 lbs. does seem high for 1 month. You CAN do it pretty lady! Don't stop doing the right thing and everything will click back in place.

I so hear you & feel you. I had lost some weight early this month, hard enough with those hormone fluctuations, then in the last few months I piled on weight, am now at my heaviest ever. After every TOM I seem to pile on more. Not sure what will help, but calling your Doctor about it sounds like the most important. 25 pounds is just too much.

I have gained about 11 pounds and feel bad enough about it. And my body feels just not right. Will also need to go & see my Doctor
