OK, so what did I do today, exercise-wise? I dragged my mouse to SP's wheel, clicked on the "spin it" button... and won 10 points. Phewww! Now I'm all sweaty and need:
a/ a high calorie energy drink
b/ a cold shower
c/ I deserve a treat, maybe some hamburger with French fries, whatdya think?!
Sorry, this is just me JOKING around. Yesterday, I walked slowly for half an hour, then real fast (almost running) another half hour. Today's exercise is all about housechores - gotta love those!
I get to do alot of: sweeping, dusting, lifting boxes, getting them down to the basement, that kinda FUN!
My waist is like this right now:
I know I'm lucky in that the belly fat goes away first and the bosom fat stays last.
Tomorrow, double pleasure in the morning: catching up with long time no see friend good friend, plus we take a walk by the river together.
