Had a big setback this weekend. I was busy, which is why I didn't blog Friday, and then had a binge on Saturday night. Sunday morning I had a big breakfast at a restaurant, which included hashed browns, and toast with jelly. I am not gonna lie. It was awesome! Of course Sunday night, sanity returned when I weighed in.
This morning I am back down to 209, so not too much damage done. My back pain disappears when I eat higher carbs, so I am going to be eating more carbs, but still below 100 g a day. I still like my eggs, but decided to add a slice of high fiber bread with apple jelly. I realize that this is low carb heresy, but I have been having issues with constipation, and need the fiber. The bread is 19 g of carbs, with 5g coming from fiber. I also am having No Salt peas, and tomatoes with my chicken. This should come to about 87 g of carbs, with 19 g from fiber, so 68 NET carbs. I find that the bread doesn't cause cravings for me. I have been struggling lately, and finding that under 50g of carbs is just too low. This was a lot easier when I had over 100 lbs to lose.
During last week, I went swimming, and heard one of the kids talking about my loose skin. Nothing I can do about it, but it was the last week the pool is open, and I just kind of wish that hadn't happened..lol. It made me feel like $**+. Not one thing all summer, and then that happens on the last day of swimming.
My goal for Friday is to just set a new low weight. Hope everyone has a great week.
