I love the idea of accomplishing one thing in the morning!! It REALLY makes you have momentum and dedication on that day! Other than that, all the other steps can be done using Sparkpeople: reading about the 'future' (SP) articles, writing about our challenges (blog post), showing off your progress!

    YES I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN FOR ME IT IS I GO TO BED EARLIER TO GET UP EARLIER AND RIGHT AFTER BREAKFAST I DO ALL MY EXERCISES AND IT IS A GOOD HABIT I HAVE FORMED. THAT WAY THEY ARE DONE NO EXCUSES!
