I am with a terrible low back pain for the last two days and I feel miserable. Last Sunday I was taking a chair at home and suddenly I felt a sharp pain on my low back, and then nothing. Two hours later I was ok so I went for my Sunday morning running and I noticed no pain during the workout or even hours after that, but in the evening my pain got worse and so yesterday and today. Now I'm not feeling worse but not better, so I am not able to exercise and most importantly I'm not feeling very well. I will do at my best trying to be recovered as soon as possible.
